The filling machine uses a sensor counting method to feed bottles. Each time 4 bottles are fed in, the robot first clamps the bottle mouth, then turns it 180 degrees so that the bottle mouth faces downward, and the stainless steel nozzle sprays high-pressure RO water into the bottle to thoroughly clean the bottle. Then the robot turns 180 degrees again and puts the bottle back on the conveyor belt to send it to the filling machine. The filling uses four servo-controlled filling valves, and the filling accuracy can reach within ±2ml. The filling speed is 25% faster than that of traditional mechanical filling valves. The biggest advantage is that the filling capacity can be easily changed by changing the parameters on the touch screen when switching bottle types. After filling, the bottles are sent to the sealing area by the conveyor belt. Glass bottles use aluminum screw caps. Each bottle is driven by a star wheel into the sealing machine, which screws the cap sent by the automatic cap feeder onto the bottle perfectly to ensure beauty and no dripping. This completes the entire filling process. The sealed bottles are sent to the next process via the conveyor belt.
