The fully automatic soda bottling equipment integrates three functions of bottle washing, isobaric filling and automatic capping. The machine adopts a rotary structure and does not stop midway, so it can efficiently realize fully automatic carbonated beverage bottling production. The bottle washing machine uses stainless steel 304 high-strength steel clamps to clamp the bottle mouth, and no need to change parts when switching bottle types.

The isobaric filling part adopts high-precision German technology filling valves, which have high filling efficiency, more accurate liquid level, smooth exhaust, and reduce the generation of foam after filling.

The capping machine uses a built-in ring gear with a magnetic device. The outside is marked with a scale for easy torque adjustment. It is compatible with caps from different suppliers.

The bottle discharging part adopts an integral stainless steel star wheel mechanism, which ensures stable bottle discharging, low noise and easy switching of bottle types.
