This machine is our small fully automatic juice filling 3-in-1 production equipment. It uses hot filling technology and is equipped with a high-level tank and reflux tank system to ensure the stability of the hot filling process and the efficiency of filling. The bottle washing uses 12 high-pressure nozzles, the filling uses 12 high-speed filling valves (with return pipes), and the capper uses 6 constant-torque capping heads. If this is your first time trying to produce PET bottled juice, it will be your best choice.

The RCGF12-12-6 fruit juice hot filling three-in-one machine is a model that integrates rinsing, filling, and capping. It features advantages such as an aesthetically pleasing, compact, and logically laid-out overall structure.
This machine consists of hardware and software components including bottle-in air conveyor, bottle turning wheel, bottle rinsing station, filling station, high and low level feeding-back system, capping station, bottle out conveyor, cap elevator, power transmission, and electrical control program.
