Bottle packing process: Bottle conveyor→Case pushing→Film sealing→Shrinking→Cooling
- Chain plate conveying: Bottles filled with liquid are placed directly on the chain plate for conveying.
- Film sleeve sealing: The bottles sent through the sealing and cutting line are pressed by the pressing device set on top to prevent tipping. After the pushing cylinder retreats, the sealing cylinder and cutting cylinder work simultaneously to complete the sleeve and sealing.
- Shrinkage: The bottles enter the shrinkage furnace for shrinkage after completing the film sleeve.
- Cooling: After finishing shrinking, the arranged bottles pass through the cooling device at the end of the machine and then enter the next process.
Description
- The film sealing machine adopts advanced structure of heat sealing and cutting, with firm sealing, neat edge and good stitching performance.
- The sealing and cutting body is driven by cylinder with guide pillars at both ends to ensure the stability and reliability of sealing and cutting film.
- The conveying tank adopts the form of flat plate conveying, the whole conveying in place, no need to change the template, adapt to various bottle types, convenient and quick operation.
- PID temperature controller is set, which is accurate and energy-saving.
- Through automatic control system, the equipment has automatic conveying feeding, bottle management, film feeding, shrinkage, cooling and shaping, the production process is stable and reliable, and can adapt to long working hours without stopping.
- Imported high-speed optical fiber sensor is used for bottle feeding, which is more accurate and stable.
- Touch screen control, so that the equipment action control into high precision intelligent state. Each action is monitored, various alarms, PC status are displayed on the touch screen, which makes the operation of the equipment more safe and reliable, and can be single-step action, which is easy to debug and maintain.
