The GMBG-1200 fully automatic film cutting and cap removing machine consists of several parts, including the frame, film removal head, cap removal head, cylinders, and electrical control system. Description
The 5-gallon empty barrels are conveyed via a conveyor chain into the fully automatic film cutting and cap removing machine. When a sensor detects a 5-gallon empty barrel, the bucket-blocking cylinder activates to block the empty barrel on the conveyor belt. The film is removed by a high-temperature air stream directed at the top of the barrel rim, while a constant-temperature airflow blows the label into the label collection port, completing the film cutting process. The empty barrel is then transferred to the cap removal station. When a barrel with a cap is detected, the corresponding cap removal cylinder activates and moves downward, covering the barrel cap with the cap removal head. The cap removal cylinder grips the barrel cap. The cap removal cylinder then moves upward to complete the cap removal process. Once the cap removal cylinder reaches the top position, it automatically releases the cap. Simultaneously, the cap blowing solenoid valve opens, blowing the removed cap into the collection container. The bucket-blocking cylinder activates, and the empty barrel with the removed cap is sent out by the conveyor belt for the next round of cap removal, with the process repeating until the entire film cutting and cap removal cycle is completed.
