Working principle of filling machine:
Filling machine is generally divided into linear filling machine and rotary filling machine, now our company mainly produces rotary filling machine. The work flow of the whole filling machine (take the three-in-one water filling monoblock as an example, four-in-one and five-in-one will increase the bottle rinsing station): the bottle in the air conveyor is transmitted by the bottle clip type or star wheel type rinsin machine of the three-in-one filling machine.
The rotary disc of the bottle punching machine is equipped with a clamped bottle mouth type stainless steel bottle clamp, which holds the bottleneck and flips 180 °along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle rinsing machine, special nozzles spray rinsing water to clean the inner wall of the bottle and the outer wall of the bottle at the same time. After the bottle is washed and drained, the bottle is clamped and turned 180 °along the guide rail to make the mouth of the bottle upward. The washed bottle is exported by the bottle rinsing machine and transferred to the filling machine through the bottle clip type or star wheel type transition pulley. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the clamp on the lifting cylinder and rises and falls under the action of the cam. The filling machine adopts gravity filling mode, the bottle mouth rises and opens the filling valve to begin the filling, and the filling ends when the material rises to the position of blocking the return hole. After filling, the bottle mouth drops away from the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottle clip type or star wheel transition pulley. The stop knife on the capping machine gets stuck at the bottleneck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head rotates and rotates on the capping machine, and the capping, capping, capping and uncapping actions are realized under the action of the cam, and the whole capping process is completed. The finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle plucking wheel, and the three-in-one filling machine is transmitted by the conveying chain.
There are liquid level floating balls in the annular tank to control high and low liquid levels. Our filling valve is the fastest in China, up to 200ml.
After the new valve is fitted with a fake cup, it can be completely closed and can be cleaned by CIP, either forward or backwash.

Gravity filling is mainly used in drinking water production line.
Gravity filling, also known as atmospheric pressure filling, is mainly used in production lines with low viscosity, no gas or low filling precision, such as water, fruit juice, tea drinks and so on.
The main principle is that the filling valve controls the rise and fall of the bottle through mechanical transmission control (cam) or cylinder transmission, open the valve, and the liquid is poured into the bottle with gravity. When the liquid rises to the position of the return hole, the filling stops and the bottle drops away from the filling valve.

Features: slow filling speed, liquid level can not be too high, can not reach the position of the support ring.

The liquid level can be adjusted by controlling the thickness of the bottle mouth pad.

Features: large valve caliber, fast effluent speed, generally can only be full filled with water.
Flow rate: about 200ML/S
The principle of fixed liquid level: the material reflux pipe draws out the excess material and returns it to the raw water tank, which can also be discharged directly. The return pipe is matched with the false cup, and when the length of the return pipe is changed, the false cup needs to be replaced accordingly.
CIP cleaning: The new return pipe goes back to the outside of the liquid cylinder to ensure that the liquid cylinder is clean, and the return pipe of the old filling valve goes directly back to the liquid tank.
