Description
The fully automatic 20-liter bagging equipment uses a DuPont Teflon-coated, non-stick, high-temperature resistant aluminum alloy blade for sealing, ensuring a crack-free, non-charring, smokeless, and pollution-free seal. The equipment is equipped with imported photoelectric sensors, one set each for horizontal and vertical detection, allowing for easy switching and selection. It can easily seal and package thin and small items. Automatic feeding and length adjustment via a combination of photoelectric sensors and timers make adjustments very simple when packaging dimensions change, without needing to change molds or bag makers. It uses an original imported digital display temperature controller with PID function, ensuring extremely sensitive and precise sealing temperature settings. There’s no need to worry about inaccurate temperature or product defects; the sealing knife itself has an automatic protection function to effectively prevent accidental cutting of the packaged goods. The entire machine truly achieves unmanned operation when connected to the production line. A specially designed film synchronization mechanism corrects film misalignment.
