Description

Folding and film packaging: The servo motor is used to control the moving distance of each group of bottles to synchronize it with the cardboard feeding, so that the bottles are pushed onto the cardboard and then folded and bonded. The heat shrinkable film is transported through the film cutting motor and film feeding motor. Wrap the glued cardboard and transport it to the heat shrink box through a belt to shrink, thereby completing the cardboard forming, bonding and film wrapping.

 

Mechanical transmission: The operation of the machine is driven by a servo motor, using synchronous belt and sprocket transmission to coordinate the actions of each system. Protection and lubrication devices are added where chain transmission is used to ensure operator safety and a clean environment. When the bottle or film is missing, the machine will alarm to remind the operator to pay attention.

 

Control system: The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC and servo control technology. The touch screen has the whole machine control function, which can list the current and accumulated packaging quantities and print them out through the linked printer. The positioning procedure is faster and more accurate. The control base is controlled by electronic touch and control switches. It can directly input and change packaging specification parameters, and can also save parameters of different specifications of packaging, optimizing the entire process of equipment operation at regular intervals. All working steps have sensor detectors with self-diagnosis function. If there is any fault, the equipment will automatically stop, the alarm light will sound, and the fault description will be listed on the touch screen. An ordinary reduction motor is matched with a frequency converter, and the whole machine can Stepless speed adjustment ensures stable motion transmission. If the above situation changes, the running speed of the whole machine will be automatically controlled.

 

Mechanical features: The mechanical parts are made of stainless steel, chromium-plated steel and strong corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy.
