Compared with the traditional plastic screw cap filling machine, CGF8-8-4 adopts Sport Cap sealing machine, which is suitable for various sports caps (such as screw caps, flip caps, press caps, etc.). Through the coordinated control of high-precision mechanical structure and pneumatic device, it ensures uniform sealing force, strong sealing and prevents leakage. The sealing qualification rate is ≥99.5%, which is suitable for different bottle mouth diameters (such as 28mm, 38mm and other standard specifications).
Description
This machine is a highly efficient integrated triple-function water filling system, specifically designed for PET bottled water production. It combines three core processes—rinsing, filling, and capping—into one automated production line.
PET Bottle Compatibility
Optimized for PET containers, handling various bottle sizes (250ml–1500ml) and shapes (round, square, etc.).
Flexible clamping mechanism ensures bottle stability, preventing deformation or scratches.
Triple-Function Process
Rinsing Station: Uses sterile water or ozonated water with multi-nozzle jetting and inverted bottle cleaning for thorough residue removal.
Filling Station: High-precision mechanical filling valves (±2mm accuracy), drip-free design to avoid cross-contamination.
Capping Station: Equipped with a belt-type automatic cap feeder and sport cap vibrating sorter, featuring missing-cap detection & alarm.
Smart Control System
PLC + Touchscreen HMI for real-time monitoring of production volume, liquid tank levels, and other parameters.
