Description
- The use of a large-capacity bottle preform hopper allows for the one-time storage of 3,000 to 5,000 preforms. The preform sorter equipped with a recycling system that returns excess preforms to the hopper.
- The preform heating zone adopts a compact design, equipped with four preform heating ovens, each containing eight high-quality infrared heating lamps. The heating temperature of the lamps can be independently controlled, utilizing stainless steel reflectors combined with the self-rotation of the preform for heating, resulting in stronger penetration and more uniform heating.
- The three steps of the bottle blowing process—pre-forming, inflation, and blowing—each utilize three independent air storage tanks, allowing for separately adjustable air pressure requirements.
- A well-designed bottle neck cooling system ensures that the bottle neck does not deform due to infrared lamp heating while maintaining uniform heating of the preform.
- All functional movements of the bottle blowing machine are driven by cylinders and servo motors, ensuring precise operation. Parameter adjustments can also be completed via the touch screen.
- Each operation is equipped with a safety self-locking system, which automatically returns the equipment to a safe state in case of a malfunction
- The mold closing, stretching, shifting, splitting, and rotating are all driven by a servo motor system.
- The blow molding process can be configured via the touch screen, allowing one-click switching of parameters for different bottle types. The system can store multiple sets of blow molding processes for customer use.
