Equipment Composition:
This machine consists of an alkaline solution washing section, disinfectant washing section, sanitary circulation water tank, independent rinsing pump, independent pressure gauge, lifting and rotating rinsing system, alkaline solution heating system, and an electrical control system.

Working Principle:
After being cleaned by the external barrel washing machine, the barrels are conveyed by the bottle loading machine to the barrel loading station of the rinsing section. Through photoelectric detection and counting, six barrels are fed in, while the barrel-blocking cylinder holds the remaining barrels outside the loading station. The pushing cylinder of the bottle loading machine pushes the barrels onto the overturning frame, which flips the barrels into a horizontal position. After the overturning cylinder reaches its position, the loading cylinder pushes the barrels into the barrel holder, positioning the plastic barrels in the holder. As the chain rotates upward by 90°, the barrels change from a horizontal position to an inverted position, with the barrel mouth facing downward, and enter the alkaline solution, disinfectant, and sterile water washing stations.
