- Filling flow is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing for both high-speed and low-speed filling. UV germicidal lamps are installed in the container inlet sealing channel and filling area.

Description
Equipment Composition:
The machine consists of a filling tank, variable-frequency filling pump, sanitary diaphragm valve, contactless filling valve, bucket clamping and positioning device, cap placement device, capping device, drive system, and electrical control system.
Working Principle:
Cleaned and sanitized buckets are conveyed via a belt through a sealed sanitary channel into the filling area. A staggered bucket-pushing mechanism positions each bucket at the filling station. Once the bucket is in place (with the next bucket entering the waiting area), a pneumatic cylinder activates the bucket clamping mechanism to descend and secure the neck of the bucket. The filling pump starts, and the filling valve opens to initiate the filling process. After filling for the preset high-speed duration, the filling valve closes, and low-speed filling continues until completion. Once filling is finished, the clamping mechanism releases the bucket, and the pushing mechanism ejects it from the filling station. The conveyor then transports the bucket through a cap placement unit where the cap is positioned, and finally through a capping head where it is automatically sealed, completing the filling and capping process.
