  1. In addition to manual unpacking, the equipment can achieve fully automatic operation (the top plate can be automatically collected and stored separately)
  2. The main machine adopts servo control, and the can pushing, partition (top plate) transportation and lifting are controlled by code disk;
  3. The can clamping device adopts a three plus one four-sided protection design. The front baffle is controlled by one cylinder, and the clamping of the remaining three sides is controlled by one cylinder. The can clamping is faster and more reliable;
  4. The can discharging table adopts a transition plate-free design, making the can discharging smoother and without stopping;
  5. The main machine lifting frame is equipped with a pneumatic brake to prevent the lifting frame from falling during machine maintenance.

Description

  1. Conveyor is the part of the machine that feeds the pallets and outputs the empty pallets, its function is to feed the solid pallets into the lifting frame, and send the empty pallets out of the lifting frame as a transfer part. It is composed of a chain driven by a speed reducer.
  2. The pallet collecting device is the part which yards the single pallet together and recovers it, it consists of two parts, the lifting device and the clamping device.
  3. The main lift is the load-bearing part of the can pushing part, which is composed of column, support, counterweight and reducer.
  4. The pushing device is the part to push the stacked cans to the tank platform layer by layer, it consists of the frame and pushing device.
  5. Can discharge platform is a temporary storage area after cans are discharged from the stack, which connects the main machine for discharging and can conveyor belt, and mainly consists of chain mesh and speed reducer.
  6. The divider collecting device, is through the horizontal conveyor and chain elevator, the divider collected on the pallet board, and then the elevator runs to the palletizing position, waiting for the forklift truck to fork away.
  7. Partition removal mechanism, is to remove the partition on the top layer of the palletized boards.
  8. Guardrail and safety protection device: the guardrail consists of painted steel frame and painted mesh, the machine is surrounded by safety protection device and emergency stop switch, when there is an obstacle and when there is an accident, the machine can stop automatically to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
