The Main Equipment of Juice Bottling Plant
Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment produces purified water through membrane filtration technology, providing clean blending water for juice production and supplying process water for the entire production line, such as Pasteurization cooling tunnels.
If you produce PET bottle juice products, you can use an automatic PET blow machine to manufacture your own PET bottles, which can save on the procurement and storage costs of empty bottles. The juice bottle blowing machine employs a stretch blow molding process, with a mold temperature controller ensuring the blowing mold reaches the set stability, guaranteeing that the blown bottles possess the necessary heat resistance.
Juice filling typically involves two technologies: hot filling machines and cold filling machines. The hot filling machine for juice uses an 85°C high-temperature filling process, which effectively kills bacteria inside the bottles, reduces the need for preservatives, and enables the production of healthier juice beverages. Juice filling machines usually come with a 3-in-1 function, including bottle washing, filling, and capping. The sugar melting tank is a newly designed melting and heating equipment. The main body is composed of a cylindrical stainless steel inner cylinder head, forming a heat transfer interlayer. The outside is packaged with stainless steel polishing, and the surface is beautiful and elegant. The things to be melted and cold water are placed in a pot, and steam heating or electric heating is used to achieve the purpose of heating and melting.
The mixing tank is suitable for mixing and dissolving syrup and juice accessories. It is made of SUS304, has a fully enclosed structure, eccentric paddle mixing, and is equipped with a quick-opening manhole, CIP rotating cleaning head, dust-proof respirator and height-adjustable feet.
The electric motor uses a V-belt to drive the transmission shaft and the connecting rod slider to drive the plunger to reciprocate, so that the juice in the pump body is continuously sucked in and pressed out. Therefore, the juice generates strong pressure, so that the juice is effectively refined and mixed under the action of multiple composite forces such as extrusion, strong impact, loss of pressure, and expansion. It can prevent or reduce the stratification of juice. Improve the appearance of the liquid material, making it more vivid in color, stronger in fragrance and mellower in taste.
The function of the vacuum degasser is to: remove air (oxygen) from the juice, inhibit browning, oxidation of pigments, vitamins, aroma components and other substances, and prevent quality degradation; remove suspended particulate gas attached to the juice, inhibit the floating of particles, and maintain a good appearance; prevent foaming during filling and high-temperature sterilization from affecting sterilization; reduce corrosion to the inner wall of the container, and play an anti-corrosion role.
In juice production, UHT sterilizers or high-temperature pasteurizers are usually used to sterilize products. The principle is to set the heating temperature to above 120°C, the heating time to 2-8 seconds, and the heated products to meet commercial sterility requirements. Because the sensitivity of microorganisms to high temperatures is much greater than that of most food ingredients, ultra-high temperature short-term sterilization can effectively kill microorganisms in a short period of time and better maintain the quality of juice.
CIP cleaning equipment is widely used in highly mechanized food and beverage production enterprises such as beverages, dairy products, juices, pulps, jams, and wines. Cleaning in place does not require dismantling or moving the device. Detergent and washing water are used to flush the internal surface of the equipment with a high-speed flow, forming a mechanical action to wash away the dirt. This kind of cleaning is effective for pipelines, pumps, heat exchangers, separators and valves, etc. It can be used for cleaning and purifying production equipment with strict hygiene requirements.
